How to lose arm fat fast
Remember, this guide introduces you to easy arm workouts. So instead of being afraid of the high intensity workout plans, this one is easy with amazing results. Also, it is quick and I am sure, you can do it at any hour of the day. Arm circles is the easiest of all arm exercises. Stand straight with your arms stretched out at the sides. Lower your shoulder slightly and do forward arm cycles for about twenty times. Repeat in backward direction.
As the name suggests, this one is the easiest when it comes to losing arm fat. I would do that while waiting for my vegetable gravy simmer. I also practice this during my one minute bathroom back (remember I gave birth few months back). Stand straight with your arms stretched to the sides. Bring them in front in a manner that both arms overlap each other; like a scissor. Go back to the beginning position and repeat this exercise 20 times.
Overhead arm extensions (better results with dumbbells)
If you have recovered from a surgery, the way I did, you might decide to skip on dumbbells. If you are asking yourself how to lose arm fat fast, this exercise is your answer. Bend your knees slightly. You can however, practice this without weight, and then gradually move to exercising with dumbbells. Holding the dumbbell in one hand, stand with feet apart (hip-width). Now holding the dumbbell in a vertical position, reach your arms overhead. As you bend your elbow, lower your the dumbbell. The dumbbell should be behind your head. Your upper arm should be closer to your head while your elbows point towards the ceiling. Once you are done with this, straighten your arms in the upward direction. You need to perform 8-12 reps for each arm.
This one is again with dumbbells. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, stand straight with legs apart. Bend your elbows as you bring your hands to your shoulders as your palms face forward. You press the weights that you are carrying straight overhead. As you do this keep your shoulders down. Now you need to lower the dumbbells back to your shoulders. You must do 20 reps.
This one has to be your favorite as you can do it simply anywhere. If you want to lose your arm fat fast, you need to put your feet together as you sit at the edge of your chair. Keeping your feet flat, place your hands on the chair at the side of your thighs. Bending your elbow at 90 degree, lower yourself to the floor. Straighten your arms and raise your body back to the initial position. Do this at least 8 times.
